Pat Sherman has worked for DATCU since November, 2005. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Tech University and graduated from Leadership Denton in 2007. She is actively involved in many community organizations including Denton Benefit League, Denton Chamber of Commerce, United Way Campaign Cabinet and Allocations Committee, Serve Denton, Argyle Chamber of Commerce, DPSF Groundhog Gala and ACS You’re Beautiful! luncheon steering committees. She is co-chair of the 2014 Denton Community Prayer Breakfast, past President of the Board of Directors of Denton Community Theatre, Past Chair of DISD Adopt-a-School Advisory Council and was the recipient of the 2013 Hearts and Heroes Community Leadership Award from Health Services of North Texas. She and her husband, Jud are natives of Denton and have three grown and married children: Tracy, Nathan and Libby; four grandsons in Albuquerque and one granddaughter in Frisco.

Doug Killough started working for DATCU in 2005 following his retirement as Assistant Superintendent for Student Services of the LISD. A native of Alabama, Doug holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Samford University and a Master of Arts Degree in Education Administration/School Law from the University of Alabama. A member and past president of the LISD Lewisville Education Foundation, he was the 2002 Lewisville Chamber of Commerce Citizen of the Year and the Flower Mound Chamber of Commerce Citizen of the Year in 2012. Doug currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Pedi Place, Lewisville Police Department Citizen Advisory Committee, City of Lewisville 4B Library and Parks Funding Committee and the Lewisville Old Town Development and Preservation Committee. Doug is a long time member, past president and Rotarian of the Year with the Lewisville Noon Rotary Club. He and his wife Beverly enjoy their four grown children, Douglas, Don, Tami and Teri , their nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

Mary Jacoby joined DATCU Credit Union in September, 2010. She brings over 24 years of experience in the banking and credit union industry to her position as Business Development Coordinator for DATCU in Southern Denton County. Mary holds a B.B.A. in Marketing from the University of Texas at Arlington and an Associate Degree in Fashion Merchandising from Tarrant County College. Mary serves as a volunteer in the Lewisville and Flower Mound communities. She is a member of the Flower Mound Rotary, serving on the Board of Directors as Secretary and was awarded the Paul Harris Fellow Award in 2013. Mary was named the 2012 Volunteer of the Year by the Flower Mound Chamber of Commerce. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Denton County Friends of the Family and does various committee work with area non-profits and the Lewisville and Flower Mound Chambers of Commerce. Mary served on Lewisville Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors from 2003-2009 and as Chairman of the Board in 2008. Mary is a graduate of the 2007-08 class of Leadership Lewisville; she received the Leadership Lewisville Distinguished Alumni Award in 2009. Mary resides in Flower Mound with her husband, Perry, and daughter Emily.

Terry Everett joined the DATCU team in 1984. A lifelong resident of Wise County, she holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Woman’s University. Before beginning her career with DATCU, she was a coach in the Decatur ISD school district and was a teacher at Bridgeport High School. She is on the Board of Directors of the Bridgeport Chamber of Commerce as well as a board member for the Wise County United Way. She is very active in the Decatur Chamber of Commerce, Lions Club, Area Business Women’s Network of Wise County, Bridgeport Golf Association and many other community organizations. Terry and her husband Gary have 2 grown sons, Taylor and Jordan.

Mike Vance began working for the DATCU in February 2013 after retiring from 32 years in public education. He spent 27 years in the Denton Independent School District as a Teacher, Coach, Assistant Principal and Principal. A longtime member of the Denton community Mike opened his first account at the Credit union back in 1965. Mike has a Bachelor degree in Biology and a Masters in Public School Administration from The University of North Texas. He has been active in his church and his sons\’ choirs both in high school and college. Mike and his wife Ladine have two sons, Weslee, the choir director at Cleburne High School in Cleburne, Texas and Nicholas who is completing his degree in Music Education and will be a school choir director beginning in the fall.
