1.How do you sign up for DATCU’s Online Banking?

  1. Go to datcu.org.
  2. In the section for ACCOUNT ACCESS/LOGIN NAME, click NOT REGISTERED
  3. Follow instructions (steps 1-4) to create login information and make security selections.

*You will need your Member Number to sign up for online banking-If you do not have this information, please call (866) 387-8585 for that information.


2.How do you sign-up for DATCU’s Mobile Banking?

  1. Download the DATCU app to your smartphone or mobile device.  (Free in the app store under DATCU.)
  2. Use the same username and password used for DATCU’s Online Banking.

3.How do you sign-up to e-statements?

  1. Login @ datcu.org
  2. Select the STATEMENTS tab
  3. Click the ENROLL button

4.How do you view E-statements online?

  1. Login @ datcu.org
  2. Select STATEMENTS tab
  3. Click on the desired document
  4. Click the DOWNLOAD button
  5. Open to view/print

5.How do you add a checking account (from another financial institution) in DATCU’s online banking site for loan payments?

  1. Sign-in to DATCU’s online banking site.
  2. Click on the LOANS tab.
  3. Click on EXTERNAL PAYMENTS located in the dark green bar just under the tab.
  4. On the next screen, click on ADD EXTERNAL ACCOUNT located under the EXTERNAL ACCOUNTS section.
  5. Follow the prompts to enter your bank information.
  6. Click SAVE*.

*Once the external account has been verified, and approved, a notification email will be sent to the email address of record for the account. In addition, in order for an external account to be approved to make loan payments online, DATCU needs to have received a check payment from the account being added. If a check payment has not been received previously, from the account being added, a voided check copy can be faxed to 940-442-5520 ATTENTION: EXTERNAL ACCOUNTS.


6.How do you use an approved checking account (from another financial institution) to make loan payments in DATCU’s online banking site?

  1. Sign-in to DATCU’s online banking site.
  2. Click on the LOANS tab.
  3. Click on EXTERNAL PAYMENTS located in the dark green bar just under the tab.
  4. On the next screen, click on ADD PAYMENT located under the EXTERNAL TRANSFERS section.
  5. Follow the prompts to schedule a payment, or to set up a recurring payment.
  6. Click SAVE*

*Once the payment information has been saved, the scheduled payment will show under the EXTERNAL TRANSFERS section.
