Things to bring with you:

	Bill Pay: company names, address, account numbers, statements
	Automatic Payments/Drafts: Company name, address, account number, payment amount, date drafted
	Old Financial Institution Name, address, account numbers, debit cards
	Direct Deposit: employer, address

Double check the following:

	Your previous month's bank statement to verify you have sent written notice to all merchants.
	All checks have cleared on your old checking account.
	You have enough funds available in your account to cover any automatic payments that may yet need to be withdrawn.
	Maturity dates, if transferring a Certificate of Deposit, in order to avoid possible penalties.
